Blue Star Mobile and Star Wars Director to Co-sponsor Inaugural Mobile Award

Leading mobile film content creation company, Production TLMH Ltd. (TLMH) has
announced that Blue Star Mobile Group PLC and legendary Hollywood director,
Irvin Kershner are supporting a pioneering mobile film award.

The two, in association with TLMH, are sponsoring the Talent Circle Super Shorts
Mobile Award. The award is given to a film made for screening on handheld
devices such as iPods, mobile phones and PSP's. All films must be a minimum of
20 seconds and a maximum of 60 seconds in length.

Tony Klinger, Irvin Kershner and a representative from Blue Star Mobile will
form the judging panel for the Mobile Award. Irvin Kershner has also been
appointed as overall Festival Patron. The Star Wars V: The Empire Strikes Back
director said:

"Talent Circle's Super Shorts Film Festival is a great contribution to the
development of film Today, audiences do not see enough of new and creative film
making in the form of short films and only witness the feature length films that
come largely from Hollywood. This festival gives young film makers a chance to
exhibit their ideas and projects to the public and gives audiences a chance to
see new and refreshing films from the undiscovered future filmmakers."

TLMH is enabling audiences to view the short-listed films online and then text-
vote their favourite films. Users will receive a mobile video download as a
reward for voting.
