(NASDAQ: ERTS) and the world's leading mobile games publisher, to deliver games for its flagship gaming smartphone - Xperia(TM) PLAY - with access to one of the most popular modern warfare action games of all time, Battlefield: Bad Company(TM) 2.

Taking full advantage of the smartphone's outstanding graphic capabilities and game-changing control pad, Xperia(TM) PLAY brings realistic, fast-paced gameplay to the Android operating system for the first time. Battlefield: Bad Company 2 is available to download from today for all Xperia(TM) PLAY customers in all markets outside the US.

Battlefield: Bad Company 2 for Xperia(TM) PLAY will bring its best in class all-out warfare gameplay to Xperia(TM) PLAY. Players will unleash devastation from the air with intuitive controls and capture emplacements in jungle heat, arctic snow and desert dust. Fourteen single-player missions across five intensely detailed battle zones plunge players deep into the action. An arsenal of up to 14 weapons ranging from a knife to rocket-propelled grenades will wreak havoc on enemy forces. Players will also pilot the action through multiple vehicle types, including tanks and helicopters.
